This is a snowglobe featuring a scence from "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!" In the second picture you can see how a moon in the bakground lights up and has the silhouette of Snoopy as World War I Flying Ace Snoopy because Linus mistook Snoopy as the Great Pumpkin in the movie and then he faints.
